West Coast Meats is seeking Beef and Sheep Boners or butchers to join our team in Canning Vale, Western Australia.

Maybe you're a qualified Butcher who would like to move over to a full-time Boning role. As a full-time Beef and Sheep Boner, you will play a vital role in our butchery operations, ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of meat products to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

• Safely and efficiently boning beef and sheep

What we're looking for

• Experienced Beef and Sheep Boners

• Butchers interested in learning to become boners

• Minimum 2+ years experience working with knives

• Ability to meet physical requirements including standing 8+ hours, heavy lifting 20kg+, and cold environment tolerance
